    18-84 Any person violating the terms and conditions of this section shall be subject to a penalty not less than $25.00 and not exceeding $750.00, with each and every day that the violation of this section is allowed to remain in effect being deemed a complete and separate offense. In addition, the appropriate authorities of the village may take such other actions they deem proper to enforce the terms and condition of this section, including, without limitation, an action in equity to compel compliance with its terms.

    CHAPTER 22 BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS
    22-88.5 Any person guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter of the Building Code shall be fined for each offense, and each separate day upon which each violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. $10.00 to $750.00
    22-594 Display of address on a single-family residence. $40.00
    22-809 It shall be unlawful for any building contractor to violate any of the terms or provisions of this article. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than $50.00 nor more than $750.00.
